ABOUT US

When thinking about a name for my “side hustle” back in 2019, I wanted a name that matched the meaning of why I wanted to start the business in the first place.

This was to sell good quality products at affordable prices to my fellow South Africans. I was tired of bad quality at ridiculous prices.

The word “humble” came to mind as I wanted the company to be unpretentious and more compassionate to our customers.

And I wanted to connect the company to our amazing country so “saffa” came to mind as its an affectionate name given to South Africans by the global community. Which one again ties in so well with the humble part as we ‘fellow south africans’ have an awesome reputation as being friendly, loving, hospitable and humble people in general.
